Melbourne Property Sales Results

for Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th July 2014

A clearance rate of 73 per cent was recorded this weekend compared to 70 per cent last weekend and 69 per cent this weekend last year.

There were 592 auctions reported to the REIV this weekend, with 431 selling and 161 being passed in, 73 of those on a vendor bid.

After this week’s auctions, there is expected to be more than 2,200 auctions held in July. This is about 17 per cent higher than this month last year and is also higher than the 10-year average of 2,013 auctions.
