A clearance rate of 72 per cent was recorded this weekend compared to 67 per cent last weekend and 78 per cent this weekend last year. There were 879 auctions reported to the REIV, with 633 selling and 246 being passed in, 96 of those on a vendor bid. In less than 6 months, Mooroolbark (32 sales) and Tarneit (19 sales) have already surpassed their total number of auction sales for all of 2015.
