for Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th December 2014
A clearance rate of 69 per cent was recorded this weekend compared to 65 per cent last weekend and 64 per cent this weekend last year.
There were 1347 auctions reported to the REIV this weekend, with 926 selling and 421 being passed in, 192 of those on a vendor bid.
The spring auction market this year has been the strongest ever, with two record auction weekends in the past five weeks. The number of auctions in the year to date is currently also the highest on record, with over 37,000 auctions held.
