A clearance rate of 78 per cent was recorded this weekend compared to 78 per cent last weekend and 65 per cent this weekend last year. There were 1238 auctions reported to the REIV, with 964 selling and 274 being passed in, 129 of those on a vendor bid. This weekend will see the highest number of auctions since mid-March this year, as the spring season draws to a close.
