Melbourne Property Sales Results
For Saturday 24 and Sunday 15 June 2017
A clearance rate of 72 per cent was recorded this week compared to 74 per cent last week and 69 per cent this week last year. There were 813 auctions reported to the REIV, with 585 selling and 228 being passed in, 106 of those on a vendor bid. Vendors in Melbourne’s inner north have experienced strong results under the hammer this month, with Coburg recording a 100 per cent clearance rate from 19 auctions.
