Melbourne Property Sales Results

For Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 July 2017

A clearance rate of 74 per cent was recorded this week compared to 72 per cent last week and 70 per cent this week last year. There were 619 auctions reported to the REIV, with 459 selling and 160 being passed in, 78 of those on a vendor bid. Auction volumes last month were the highest in seven years with almost 3,200 homes going under the hammer. Reservoir and Craigieburn were top performers with 52 and 44 auctions respectively.
