A clearance rate of 80 per cent was recorded this week compared to 78 per cent last week and 73 per cent this week last year. There were 995 auctions reported to the REIV, with 800 selling and 195 being passed in, 79 of those on a vendor bid. Werribee’s auction market is performing strongly with 55 homes selling under the hammer this year – the highest ever yearly auction sales for the suburb.
