Melbourne Property Sales Results 

for Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st February 2016

A clearance rate of 77 per cent was recorded this weekend compared to 75 per cent last weekend and 75 per cent this weekend last year. There were 835 auctions reported to the REIV, with 642 selling and 193 being passed in, 92 of those on a vendor bid. The February auction market is stronger than any previous year - with more than 3000 auctions scheduled this month.
