A clearance rate of 70 per cent was recorded this weekend compared to 65 per cent last weekend and 61 per cent this weekend last year.
There were 1251 auctions reported to the REIV this weekend, with 880 selling and 371 being passed in, 203 of those on a vendor bid.
Next weekend the REIV expects around 1570 auctions.
