First Home Owners Grant To End
The current $7,000 FHOG (First Home Owners Grant) is to expire end of June 2013.
Based on past experience of changes to the FHOG we are sure we will now see a rush in first home buyers in the lead up to 30th June for established properties.
It is worth noting that if you are considering a purchase of new Off The Plan properties that you may qualify for the new $10,000 FHOG that is planned to take effect from 1st July 2013*
