Melbourne Property Sales Results
for Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th February 2015
A clearance rate of 61 per cent was recorded between 22 December 2014 and 08 February 2014.
There were 419 auctions reported to the REIV, with 256 selling and 163 being passed in, 95 of those on a vendor bid.
Due to this being our first week of publication for 2015 this week’s results include sales from the 22/12/2014 through to today. Auction activity will continue to grow in coming weeks, with more than 1,000 auctions scheduled for the first weekend in March.
