A clearance rate of 66 per cent was recorded this weekend compared to 68 per cent last weekend and 59 per cent this weekend last year.
There were 1237 auctions reported to the REIV this weekend, with 817 selling and 420 being passed in, 213 of those on a vendor bid.
Next weekend the REIV expects around 1610 auctions.
