A clearance rate of 67 per cent was recorded this week compared to 65 per cent last week and 66 per cent this week last year.
There were 1236 auctions reported to the REIV this weekend, with 825 selling and 411 being passed in, 161 of those on a vendor bid.
There are more than 1,400 auctions scheduled next weekend, which will mark the final Super Saturday for the year.
