Market Wrap
A clearance rate of 75 per cent was recorded this weekend compared to 73 per cent last weekend and 72 per cent this weekend last year. There were 723 auctions reported to the REIV, with 541 selling and 182 being passed in, 77 of those on a vendor bid. Melbourne's northern suburbs are experiencing strong growth this year, led by Craigieburn and Brunswick with more than 100 auction sales in each.
