A clearance rate of 78 per cent was recorded this week compared to 75 per cent last week and 77 per cent this week last year. There were 697 auctions reported to the REIV, with 544 selling and 153 being passed in, 71 of those on a vendor bid. Auction volumes in the outer suburbs continue to rise with more than 110 auctions held in Frankston this year and a clearance rate of 84 per cent.
