for Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th November 2015
A clearance rate of 67 per cent was recorded this week compared to 65 per cent last week and 65 per cent this week last year.
There were 1467 auctions reported to the REIV this weekend, with 981 selling and 486 being passed in, 218 of those on a vendor bid.
It has been a record month, with about 5,700 auctions held - 300 more than in November last year.
