for Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th June 2016
Market Wrap
A clearance rate of 71 per cent was recorded this weekend compared to 71 per cent last weekend and 79 per cent this weekend last year. There were 782 auctions reported to the REIV, with 554 selling and 228 being passed in, 83 of those on a vendor bid. Auction volumes have increased significantly in the past fortnight – up about 150 on late June last year. Next weekend will see fewer auctions as attention moves to the Federal Election.
