Melbourne Property Sales Results
for Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th April 2015
There were 105 auctions reported to the REIV this weekend, with 88 selling and 17 being passed in, 7 of those on a vendor bid.
Approximately $6 billion worth of residential auction sales have been transacted in Melbourne in the year to date, about 10 per cent higher than this time last year. The middle and outer suburbs have experienced the highest increase in net worth over this period, up by 18 per cent and 27 per cent respectively from the previous year.
