A clearance rate of 77 per cent was recorded this weekend compared to 73 per cent last weekend and 82 per cent this weekend last year. There were 462 auctions reported to the REIV, with 356 selling and 106 being passed in, 57 of those on a vendor bid. Top clearance suburbs in the month of April are Mill Park (100 per cent from 15 auctions held) and Richmond (88 per cent from 17 auctions held).
