for Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd November 2014
A clearance rate of 67 per cent was recorded this weekend compared to 66 per cent last weekend and 65 per cent this weekend last year.
There were 1073 auctions reported to the REIV this weekend, with 720 selling and 353 being passed in, 195 of those on a vendor bid.
A total of around 35,000 auctions have been held so far this year. The next fortnight will see a buoyant market with about 3,100 auctions scheduled to be held between 29 November and 7 December
