Melbourne Property Sales Results
For Saturday 22 and Sunday 23 April 2017
A clearance rate of 78% was recorded this weekend. There were 603 auctions reported to the REIV, with 472 selling and 131 being passed in, 49 of those on a vendor bid. Vendors in Greater Geelong have experienced strong results under the hammer this year with auction transactions up 51 per cent on the same period last year and a clearance rate of 81 per cent.
