for Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd March 2015

A clearance rate of 77 per cent was recorded this weekend compared to 77 per cent last weekend and 72 per cent this weekend last year.
There were 1096 auctions reported to the REIV this weekend, with 846 selling and 250 being passed in, 113 of those on a vendor bid.

Melbourne’s east has seen strong demand this year. A clearance rate of 80 per cent has been recorded in inner east region, while over 85 per cent of homes going to auction in the middle and outer eastern regions have sold in 2015.
