Melbourne Property Sales Results
for Saturday 20th & Sunday 21st September 2014
A clearance rate of 75 per cent was recorded this weekend compared to 73 per cent last weekend and 78 per cent this weekend last year.
There were 894 auctions reported to the REIV this weekend, with 669 properties selling and 225 being passed in, 104 of those on a vendor bid.
There have been more than 25,800 auctions held in Victoria so far this year with about 1 in 3 of all home sales at auction. This is higher than this time last year when 27% of home sales completed at auction.
