Melbourne Property Sales Results
for Saturday 21st June 2014
A clearance rate of 72 per cent was recorded this weekend compared to 70 per cent last weekend and 69 per cent this weekend last year.
There were 693 auctions reported to the REIV today, with 494 selling and 194 being passed in, 98 of those on a vendor bid.
The average clearance rate so far this year is 71 per cent although some parts of Melbourne have experienced stronger demand. The middle suburbs had the highest clearance rate of 76 per cent followed by the inner suburbs at 71 per cent and the outer suburbs at 65 per cent.
