Melbourne Property Sales Results
for Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd July 2015
A clearance rate of 78 per cent was recorded this weekend compared to 76 per cent last weekend and 72 per cent this weekend last year.
There were 595 auctions reported to the REIV today, with 467 selling and 128 being passed in, 61 of those on a vendor bid.
Melbourne’s outer suburbs are seeing more auctions and greater buyer interest this year.
Three suburbs – Ringwood, Ferntree Gully and Rye recorded double digit median price increases in the most recent quarter.
