A clearance rate of 75 per cent was recorded this weekend compared to 79 per cent last weekend and 63 per cent this weekend last year.

There were 658 auctions reported to the REIV this weekend, with 492 selling and 166 being passed in, 92 of those on a vendor bid.

Next weekend the REIV expects around 500 auctions.
