A clearance rate of 75 per cent was recorded this weekend,
compared to 74 per cent last weekend and 55 per cent this weekend last year.
There were 555 auctions reported to the REIV this weekend, with 418 selling and 137 being passed in, 86 of those on a vendor bid.
Next weekend the REIV expects around 710 auctions.
