A clearance rate of 69 per cent was recorded this weekend compared to 64 per cent last weekend and 70 per cent this weekend last year.

There were 1165 auctions reported to the REIV today, with 802 selling and 363 being passed in, 203 of those on a vendor bid.

November caps off a big year for auctions in Melbourne. The total number of auctions held so far this year is 17 per cent higher than the same time last year, with 32,874 auctions held in the year to date.
