A clearance rate of 79 per cent was recorded this week compared to 76 per cent last week and 78 per cent this week last year. There were 522 auctions reported to the REIV, with 412 selling and 110 being passed in, 59 of those on a vendor bid. July 2017 is shaping up to be the strongest in history with more than 1,900 auctions scheduled – a record for the month.
