A clearance rate of 77 per cent was recorded this weekend compared to 73 per cent last weekend and 72 per cent this weekend last year. There were 429 auctions reported to the REIV, with 332 selling and 97 being passed in, 39 of those on a vendor bid. The auction market has started strongly with far higher clearance rates than this time last year.
