Market Wrap

A clearance rate of 77 per cent was recorded this weekend compared to 70 per cent last weekend and 74 per cent this weekend last year. There were 469 auctions reported to the REIV, with 362 selling and 107 being passed in, 48 of those on a vendor bid. Caulfield North recorded the highest clearance rate in Melbourne in June (100 per cent), followed by Greensborough with a clearance rate of 95 per cent.
