A clearance rate of 83 per cent was recorded this week compared to 72 per cent this week last year. There were 878 auctions reported to the REIV, with 725 selling and 153 being passed in, 64 of those on a vendor bid. Almost 4,000 auctions are expected in October with three Super Saturdays scheduled.
