Melbourne Property Sales Results
for Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th of February 2014
A clearance rate of 68 per cent was recorded this weekend compared to 72 per cent last weekend and 67 per cent this weekend last year.
There were 253 auctions reported to the REIV this weekend, with 171 selling and 82 being passed in, 43 of those on a vendor bid.
There were a large number of land auctions held this afternoon in Metung and Paynesville today that were not wrapped up in time for publication.
Next weekend the REIV expects around 720 auctions.
