A clearance rate of 76 per cent was recorded this weekend compared to 70 per cent last weekend and 64 per cent this weekend last year.

There were 826 auctions reported to the REIV this weekend, with 624 selling and 201 being passed in, 107 of those on a vendor bid.

Next weekend the REIV expects around 1100 auctions.
